FT. LAUDERDALE, FL (USH Entertainment Corp) - Unwanted Superheroes, America's youngest independent alternative rockers, are waging war against the status quo of modern music, and they need your help. These Unwanted Superheroes are putting an apathetic public as well as the music industry, on notice.
With the release of their newest CD "you don't need this as bad as i do", this South Florida 5-piece reprises a collection of fan favorites blended with some new and innovative titles, created as a result of their new lineup. What's particularly interesting is the fact that no member of the band is any older than 17. They spin yarns of melodic and percussive mayhem, and punctuate their rhythm with eloquent and insightful lyrics that will pierce the soul of even the most devoid of feeling. They compose, perform, and record their own music, and their lyrics reflect real life personal experiences, not contrived, or pretended ones.
They sing of love, lust, deception, suicide, and rebirth.
Suffice it to say, their youth brings on an exuberance and energy not found in many of today's musical acts. With the release of their new CD "you don't need this as bad as i do" comes the promise of an upcoming east coast tour later this summer. For now though, there are numerous local shows to be played, and CD's to sell.
