IRVING, TX (Top40 Charts/ Salem Communications) To kick off the Fourth of July celebration, tens of thousands of North
Texas families will be descending on Southfork Ranch Saturday, June 30th for the 22nd annual Dallas/Fort Worth's 94.9 KLTY Celebrate Freedom® concert-festival event. The event is an all-day free family event featuring today's biggest adult contemporary artists, fireworks, a large children's entertainment area, rides, exhibits, shopping, and an expansive food court.
94.9 KLTY has teamed up with Dallas/Fort Worth based Interstate Batteries for a 16th year leading the charge in providing this family event with no admission charge to the public. 94.9 KLTY is owned by

Peroyea. The concert has been a part of the Summer concert scene for 22 years and will bring attendees from all over
Texas and five surrounding states to enjoy a fun filled, family oriented free concert with record attendance. This year KLTY will feature six-time Grammy® Award winner Amy Grant;
Aaron Shust, as well as multi-platinum selling and award winning artist Jars of Clay. Award winning artists, Kutless, Sanctus Real and Sidewalk Prophets will also perform. 20-year old singer-songwriter Jamie
Grace will also be in this year's lineup. DFW represents well with several artists with roots in the metroplex including Chris August, The Afters, Dara Maclean, American Idol® contestant
Jason Castro and The Michael
James Band. The event will also feature Australian group For King and Country, Leeland, Jonny Diaz,
Hawk Nelson and culminates with a firework show.

The Celebrate Freedom® Artist Village - located directly behind the stage! No other event offers the ability to interact with performers the way Celebrate Freedom® does. In the Artist Village attendees can visit their favorite performers "merchandise" booth and pick up a shirt or CD. All Celebrate Freedom® 22 performers will be signing autographs in the Celebrate Freedom® Artist Village. In addition the radio station (94.9 KLTY) will be broadcasting live from the Artist Village.
The Celebrate Freedom® Children's Village - features two entertainment sections. In one area there are free activities for the entire family and a full size stage featuring performances from Kidstand, Disney stars from the popular kids show "Ant Farm." Carlon Jeffrey "Cameron O. Parks" and Allie DeBerry "Paisely" will be performing, conducting meet and greets, and signing autographs.

The Food Court - One of the great things about Celebrate Freedom® is the food! We have everything from Funnel Cakes, Hot Dogs, Barbecue, Turkey Legs, to Lemon Chills, Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwiches and more.
The Coca Cola Re-Imagine Recycling Showcase - At Celebrate Freedom® attendees recycle plastic bottles and cans at the Coca Cola Reimagine Showcase to help us recycle all of the cans and bottles at the event!
The Cool Zone - The
Texas summertime heat can be a bit overwhelming. Hosting the event at Southfork Ranch gives us access to their wonderful event center. This is an area where people can get out of the summertime heat as the space is air-conditioned, get something to eat and sit down to relax. There is so much to do at Celebrate Freedom® it is important for people to pace themselves.
