LOS ANGELES (G'N'Roses Fans Website) - The ongoing soap opera that is Gun's N'Roses enters another chapter as Axl Rose was denied an injunction to the release of early GNR Recordings. In the early 80's, the band was known as Hollywood Rose and recorded a tape of demos financed by the parents of then band member Chris Weber - it titled 'Hollywood Rose: The Roots of Guns 'n' Roses'. Axl was denied a preliminary injunction to halt the release of recordings entitled 'The Roots Of Guns N' Roses.' The album features recordings from an early version of his band. Expect "The Roots of Gun's N'Roses' in stores soon. Expect "Chinese Democracy' whenever. However, the court said "at this stage of the litigation, serious doubt exists as to the merits of Gn'R's claims and they have not shown that the balance of the hardships in this particular case tips so strongly in their favour that preliminary injunctive relieve is warranted. Accordingly, G'n'R's motion for preliminary injunction is denied".
