O.A.R. To Broadcast Live From Red Rocks Exclusively With AXS TV

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) AXS TV will exclusively air "O.A.R. - Live on Red Rocks" on Sunday, July 15 LIVE from the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado.

Leading up to the premiere broadcast event, the network and O.A.R. are engaging fans through the O.A.R. tab on the AXS TV Concerts Facebook page at www.facebook.com/AXSTVConcerts. For this live concert event, the band will play a special set list with a "Guess the Encore" component giving fans the opportunity to win an O.A.R. autographed guitar from the band's "Heaven" video by correctly guessing which songs will close out the concert.

Members of O.A.R. will also participate in an exclusive web chat with fans before the live event. Fans can submit questions for the chat either via the O.A.R. tab on the AXS TV Concerts Facebook page or on Twitter using the hashtag #OARonAXSTV.

O.A.R., the "grassroots phenomenon" who transformed into one of rock's preeminent live acts, will be on the road throughout the summer for the 'Summer Crush Tour 2012.'
