Rebecca Pidgeon Joins Grammy Award-winner Marc Cohn On Summer Tour In Support Of Her New Decca Album 'Slingshot'

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Decca Label Group) Critically acclaimed singer-songwriter and actress Rebecca Pidgeonwill be touring with Grammy award-winning artist Marc Cohn this summer in support of her new albumSlingshot, out now on Decca.

Recorded in Los Angeles, Slingshot is the third collaboration between Pidgeon and Grammy Award-winning producer Larry Klein. The twelve song album is an intoxicatingly adult pop outing that explores the intricacies of love, featuring the radio-friendly, new single, "I Loved No One," a stirring cover of Warren Zevon's "Searching for a Heart" (recently heard on TV's Covert Affairs) and "Baby Please Come Home Again," described as a "tender, intimate, country-flavored plea" by USA Today.

Pidgeon who toured with Keb Mo last year and Rusted Root this spring, recently completed filming the Phil Spector biopic for HBO alongside Al Pacino and Helen Mirrenthat isslated for release in early 2013.
