Miami, FL (Top40 Charts/ Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes) Hip-hop artist Money M.I.C. has released the mixtape "1986." The 14 track project is presented by Coast 2 Coast Mixtape Promotion and is available for download. The mixtape has guest appearances by L-Boogie and Cl9ud with tracks produced by Lexi Banks, Nick Jettson, June G and Duece Music.
Money M.I.C. was born in Washington D.C., but raised in Montgomery County Maryland. He often used music to escape his rough life. His first experience with hip-hop was when his father bought him a Kris Kross cassette tape. He has been in love with hip-hop ever since.
"My parents never really had the money to buy me music equipment, but they would buy me albums. Listening to music would let me envision how I would do it, if put in the position to have the equipment to make my own music. Now I'm following my dreams. You gotta dream cause if you can't you got nothing," says Money M.I.C.
At 14, he started to make his own music and in 2007 he decided to pursue it as a full time career leading to the release of his first mixtape "The Purpletape." He currently attends Full Sail University studying music production. His musical influences include Kanye West, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, 2pac, Kurt Cobain, and more.
Money M.I.C. plans on doing a promotional tour so his fans can experience the "1986" live. He is also working on a chopped and screwed version with OG Ron C. The mixtape is now available for streaming and download
