MONTREAL (Arts Bureau For The Continents) - Over 40 young singers in the Southend Boys & Girls Choir from Southend, in Essex, England, conducted by Roger Humphrey, will present a concert:
Sunday, August 1, 4:00pm

It has also sung under some of the world's greatest conductors, including Abbado, Muti, Mehta, Tilson Thomas, Rostropovitch, Sir David Willcocks, Sir Colin Davis.

The Southend Girls' Choir has built an enviable reputation. It has broadcast on television and radio, and performs regularly at prestigious London concert venues. The choir undertakes regular concert tours, and has performed in Sydney Opera House and on Australian radio, as part of a three week tour of Australia, in Canada and the US, Seychelles, France, Germany and across the UK.
The two choirs join together to perform for Music Clubs and festivals around the country and for a number of concerts each year.
