Teenage singer-song writing sensation, Gabriella Jones (18), is certainly set for a bright future. Having already amazed crowds at festivals such as Wireless and Hard Rock Calling, as well as playing support slots for Bryan Adams, Jay Z, Pink,
Bon Jovi and Roxy Music, the stage is set for Jones to emerge as a true talent.
The upcoming release of her EP, 'Hey You', is sure to build upon these early successes and put Jones firmly on the musical map. Combining a mixture of rock, pop and blues influences, Jones' versatile voice and guitar playing are central to the tracks. Vocally, Jones evokes comparisons to Alanis Morrisette, with the soul and phrasing of a female Paul Rodgers, highlighting both her great restraint and raw vocal talent.
