LOS ANGELES (Mosaic Media Group) - Pat's Record Company will release its first major album on Tuesday, August 3, 2004. Number One Fan's "Compromises" marks this new label's strong foray into the music industry. Founded by veteran manager Pat Magnarella and a subsidiary of Mosaic Media Group, Pat's Record Company's debut release elicits high expectations.

Number One Fan is headed by brothers Nick and Michael Ziemann and includes guitarist Matthew Reetz and drummer Jonathan Fries. A&R executive Chris Allen signed the alternative band, and the group's palpable lyrics and charismatic presence have generated favorable response between industry insiders and fans alike.

The band currently performs on the 2004 Warped Tour. Remaining tour dates and locations include:
