NEW YORK (Top40 Charts) - Southern Culture on the Skids will perform at PETA's 21st Anniversary and Humanitarian Awards Party on Sept. 8 at Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York, which will honor Paul McCartney, Chrissie Hynde, Russell Simmons, and Pamela Anderson.

The band isn't expected to play any of their meat-loving ditties, such as "Too Much Port for One Fork" and "Carve That Possum." Meanwhile, the Skids will also appear on an upcoming episode of The Drew Carey Show sometime this fall.
