NEW YORK (KSA Public Relations) - Hot on the heels of completing the first leg of her top grossing and critically acclaimed tour, Kiss My Brass!, Four-time Grammy award winner and world-renowned entertainer
Bette Midler is back, announcing a second leg of the tour.
Kicking off on
September 30th in Manchester, NH, she will be on the road through December, including a four-night run at
Radio City
Music Hall in New York City.
Averaging almost $1 million per night at the box office, the tour has been praised by critics and fans alike. The first leg of Kiss My Brass! was last year's most successful North American tour. The Los Angeles Times praised the show as "funny and tender" while the New Yorker proclaimed it "extraordinary."
Not to be left out, The New York Times declared the show "enormously entertaining," and Time called Midler a "full service entertainer." Midler's biggest and most theatrical show to date, it will once again feature the songs and characters for which she is famous, including such classics as "The Rose," "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy," "Wind Beneath My Wings," and selected songs from her recent release, Bette Midler Sings the Rosemary Clooney Songbook on Columbia Records.
