The Toledo Symphony Gives Way To Delightful March Programs
Toledo, OH (Top40 Charts/ Toledo Symphony Official Website) The intensity of February gives way to a truly delightful March program heralding hope for Spring on March 1 and 2. Beethoven's Pastoral Symphony is accompanied by Ravel's Le Tombeau du Couperin, featuring our talented wind section and Mozart's beloved Clarinet Concerto with the TSO all-star Georg Klaas. Conductor Jacques Lacombe is the newly appointed Music Director of the New Jersey Symphony, makes his debut with the Toledo Symphony.

The HealthCare REIT Mozart and More Series features the annual Bruckner at Rosary Cathedral on March 10. Principal Conductor Stefan Sanderling leads the symphony in the remarkable Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral located in Toledo's Old West End. Bruckner's Symphony No. 2 will be a premiere for the symphony. On March 16, the Mozart and More Series at Lourdes University will featured Sally Rochotte on the timpani, lead by Jeffrey Pollock, resident conductor. The program will feature three works by Mozart and one premiere by Druschetzky.

Schubert's Great Symphony pairs well with Strauss' great, final composition - his Oboe Concerto, performed by the TSO's own Kimberly Loch on March 22 and 23 in the Peristyle.
