Gabriella Jones Is Back With Second Release
LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Quite Great PR) Rising UK star Gabriella Jones is back with her second release, since gaining the backing of renowned producer John McLaughlin who has worked with the likes of Westlife, Busted and Sandi Thom, he has re-mastered two of her tracks 'Hey You' and 'Purple Hills' for a new double A-side release.

Teenage singer-song writing sensation, Gabriella Jones (18), is certainly set for a bright future. Having already amazed crowds at festivals such as Wireless and Hard Rock Calling, as well as playing support slots for Bryan Adams, Jay Z, Pink, Bon Jovi and Roxy Music, the stage is set for Jones to emerge as a true talent.

The upcoming release of her EP, 'Hey You', is sure to build upon these early successes and put Jones firmly on the musical map. Combining a mixture of rock, pop and blues influences, Jones' versatile voice and guitar playing are central to the tracks. Vocally, Jones evokes comparisons to Alanis Morrisette, with the soul and phrasing of a female Paul Rodgers, highlighting both her great restraint and raw vocal talent. Her skills on the guitar also show through, whether she is picking on an acoustic in the beautiful 'Blue Hills and Purple Butterflies', or rocking away on her Les Paul in 'Hey You', her musical understanding is clearly evident.

Her voice has been described in Music Week as 'simply stunning...some of her lyrics are delightful (John Probyn, Live Nation)' As well as having the power to 'fill the whole arena (LG Arena Forum Review. December 4th 2011). Since the tender age of 16, Jones has inspired these types of positive reviews, some of which have been featured in The Observer, Birmingham Mail and The Mercury. Expect more of these with the release of her dazzling new work 'Hey You'.

"A 16 year old songwriter who is set to wow the audience with her powerful voice and song lyrics" The Mercury: "A young singer is set to perform a mixture of rock and blues. Those who have not yet seen the 16 year old Gabriella before will be wowed by the depth of her voice and her own musical arrangements" The Observer
