Jermyn, PA (Top40 Charts/ Dani-elle Kleha Official Website) Pennsylvania may seem like a long way from
Music City, but not when you've got a young lady like Dani-elle Kleha in your backyard. The 17 year old singer-songwriter from Jermyn has recently been picked to sing the
National Anthem at the June 17th Nashville
Sounds vs the New Orleans
Zephyrs baseball game in Nashville, TN.
When asked how she was chosen for this performance, Dani-elle replies, "It's a case of preparation meets opportunity - call it luck. I've been working hard at this for a long time, and really appreciate the chance to share my love of music with others."
Dani-elle has been making inroads to Nashville since she was 12 years old with her parents Basil and Debbie, studying under renowned vocal instructor, Renee Grant Williams, coach to Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw, and
Christina Aguilera among others. Renee introduced the young artist to Grammy nominated songwriter,
Amanda Williams whose Songwriting and
Music Business community and educational platform helped open many doors for Dani-elle in Nashville over the past two years.
Last year, Dani-elle recorded and released her debut album "
Dream Big" with local PA musicians to rave reviews and she will be finishing up her latest release of original songs this summer in Nashville with producer, Chip Martin.
Dani-elle has been sharing her love of songwriting with the local community here in PA, helping to organize fundraising events for animal rescue groups, open mic performance opportunities for up and coming songwriters, and acting as a correspondent for the Nashville
Music scene with local radio station Great Country 93.7.
