New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ JNFE PR) On
Thursday July 25th - 27th, JNFE invites three hundred independent music artists from ReverbNation to meet up at The Rockingham
Speedway in North Carolina for a three day anti-bullying event. JNFE Fest, as it's called, is considered to be the world's largest anti-bullying music & gaming festival. The aim is to raise worldwide awareness amongst students through music, games and new-found friendships.
JNFE Fest will take over the inside track and outside grounds of the Rockingham
Speedway to showcase independent & emerging bands. Festival gates open from 10am to 12am each day for the festivities. Anti-bullying supporters are preparing their summer travel from many different parts of the world to North Carolina to set up camp for the three days. Invitations to fill spots on the seven performance stages have extended overseas to London, Asia, Germany, New Zealand, France and Holland.
JNFE Fest will attempt to bring middle school and high school students together to open up a dialogue about their bullying experiences, all while enjoying the many activities on the festival grounds. A video game tournament will help to bridge the hardcore gamers with the prep cliques, techies with jocks and hipsters with hippies as they band together for a chance to win grand prizes for their entire student classes. Multiple schools will register for the fully-paid-for Senior prom on a luxury yacht, a Freshman foam & glow party, a
Junior rooftop formal or a Sophomore social pool bash. In addition to the video games, the fest will be filled with dozens of festival games, arts & crafts, food vendors, a farmer's market, laser light shows, camping experiences and most importantly, advice & counselor tents to help address the many components of bullying.
The musical lineup will be available in the middle of May and will feature news artists each day to add to the excitement and engagement of the JNFE Fest. Bullied victims can also find useful information on the website on how to deal with the issues of self-esteem.
