NEW YORK (Marc Anthony Fans Website) - J.Lo's new husband Marc Anthony is in the clear after discovering he is not the father of a 21-year-old waitress' child – for the second time.

Miami, Florida, waitress Elizabeth Leyva's claims that Anthony fathered her child prompted the singer and his then wife, former Miss Universe Dayanna Torres, to split. They later reconciled.
Anthony refuted the claims and now it has been confirmed for the second time this year that he didn't father the child.
Anthony willingly volunteered to be DNA-tested, and a leading DNA lab has finally confirmed the accusation has absolutely no merit.
A spokesman for Anthony says: "He looks forward to putting this episode behind him and to moving on with his life."
