The Unauthorized Covers Of Jay-Z

Atlanta, GA (Top40 Charts/ BNMC Music) Ridin Durty Radio has currently partnered with DatPiff.com for a free independent release of their latest project The Unauthorized Covers of Jay Z. The release features Marv & Cash of the up and coming indie band BNMC. The album was released on July4th 2013, (the same date as Jay Z's new album Magna Carta Holy Grail), and available as a free download on DatPiff.com.

Ridin Durty Radio is most known for their support to indie music and independent artist nationwide. Some of the music industry's most credible names were given the spotlight by the station's host VicXL long before the world knew they exists. VicXl provided an opportunity to have their music and voices heard with some 250k listeners live online through his internet radio show.

Ridin Durty Radio handpicked 7 of Jay Z's most memorable underground records. The station was eager to find artist that would be equal to or better than Jay Z on this project, and BNMC was far from a disappointment. With only a few days to record VicXL watched Marv & Cash of BNMC make these records their own with their charisma and original verses.

With all the recent attention and internet traffic for Jay Z's new album Magna Carta Holy Grail, VicXL and Ridin Durty saw it as a perfect opportunity to shed light on the band BNMC. After less than a year of appearing on the show the band has since completed a West Coast tour with Atlanta based band Rehab, released their first independent iTunes single Radio, and are currently preparing for a second West Coast tour in mid July.
