Cody Beebe & The Crooks Summer Tour Continues; Band's Own Chinook Music Festival Taking Place Sep. 13-15
LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ MSO PR) Roots rockers CODY BEEBE & THE CROOKS are currently in the midst of a summer tour in support of their new full-length album OUT HERE released in May. The Seattle-based, self-proclaimed "road warriors" have several Northwest fair, festival and winery performances on tap for the next several months with stops throughout Washington, Oregon, Montana and Idaho. The non-stop touring schedule-full itinerary below-comes as the in-demand rockers celebrate the release of their new album and the positive feedback it's receiving.

Keegan Prosser of Seattle Weekly wrote "Frontman Beebe and his skilled band deliver a fresh batch of country-fried roots rock, heavy on grit and twang. It's storytelling stuff worthy of a friendly barbecue and a massive bonfire in the backwoods." (6/11/13) Elsewhere Hilary Mahoney of Screamer Magazine said, "Cody Beebe and the Crooks cover important topics, with deep lyrics and emotional instrumentation and vocal stylings. However, there is hope behind the music that shines through. There is surely something on this album for fans of many genres, as the band seamlessly brings so many of those genres together into one. Raw, gritty, and authentic rock music is brought to the table on Out Here." (5/28/13)

CODY BEEBE & THE CROOKS-CODY BEEBE (guitar, lead vocals), JOE CATRON (hand percussion, vocals), BRIAN PAXTON (drums, vocals), ERIC MILLER (bass guitar, vocals) and AARON MYERS (keys, vocals)-recently released a music video for the album's first single "Hold The Line" which addresses a hot-button social issue-gun control. The video immediately created buzz online, having been viewed over 4,000 times in the first two days, and has now surpassed 11,000 views: https://youtu.be/nXC8vRJXyko.

In addition to the growing excitement on the music front, the wine connoisseurs are celebrating another unique milestone, the release of their very own wine. In a partnership with Naches Heights Vineyard, CODY BEEBE & THE CROOKS recently unveiled "Crooked Red."

"It has been a long time coming. What started as a fanciful idea has now come to fruition," exclaims JOE. "Our band has deep roots in some extremely important facets of America's agricultural sector. From wheat to hops to apples, we have seen it all, but the most exciting and emerging segment of Washington State's economy is certainly wine grapes. This is where the Crooks come in. We are proud and elated to announce the release of Crooked Red, a big, bold, and rocking red produced and bottled by Naches Heights Vineyards. Just as NHV is gaining appeal and critical acclaim in our region, so are the Crooks, and we are absolutely thrilled to be partnered up with them!"

"Crooked Red" is available now at Naches Heights Vineyard's tasting room and will be available in select retail locations. For more information, call NVH's tasting room at 855-648-9463.

CODY BEEBE & THE CROOKS is also looking forward to Chinook Fest, an annual music festival the band founded last year. The three-day event will take place September 13-15, 2013 at Jim Sprick Community Park in Naches, WA (less than 3 hours outside Seattle). Festival tickets are available now at www.chinookfest.com and include tent camping fees. Aside from CODY BEEBE & THE CROOKS, this year's lineup of the West Coast's best Roots Rock, Blues, Americana, and Folk artists includes Lee Oskar, Kris Orlowski, Polecat, Yogoman Burning Band, Blake Noble, Ben Union, Robert Jon & The Wreck, Tim Snider, Tango Alpha Tango, Jeff Crosby & The Refugees and many more.
