Southern California's The Rare Set To Release 'In The Dark' On November 12, 2013

Their first release was a self-titled EP in 2008 followed by The Savior and the Saint LP in 2009, which garnered multiple singles Thrush, Voiceless and Halfway to Huntington. Their last EP And I disappear hit iTunes and other digital outlets in January 2013 and crowds began to sing along to their catchy choruses and melodic tunes as The Rare performed on legendary Southern California stages at venues like Citizens Bank Arena, House of Blues, The Glass House, Chain Reaction, and Whiskey A-Go-Go.

The Rare's original rock sound is once again apparent on their upcoming album and listeners may be surprised to hear these songs and lyrics coming from a band of early twenty-something's but The Rare has packed a lot of living into their years and it's all reflected in the upcoming release In The Dark.
