New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ UMPG) UMPG songwriters and rock icons Jane's Addiction received a star on the prestigious Hollywood Walk of Fame in recognition of their legendary career. The band, whose current lineup includes Perry Farrell, Stephen Perkins, Dave Navarro, and Chris Chaney, was awarded the 2,509th star on the Walk of Fame, which is located at 6436 Hollywood Boulevard.
After forming in Los Angeles in 1985, Jane's Addiction quickly became a staple of the Sunset Strip clubs before developing into one of the world's biggest rock bands behind hits like "Ocean Size," "Stop!," "Had A Dad," "Been Caught Stealing," "Three Days," "Classic Girl," "Jane Says," "Superhero," and many others.
