Ellie Goulding Announces Spring Tour Kicking Off In March 2014
Santa Monica, CA (Top40 Charts/ Interscope Records) Cherrytree / Interscope recording artist ELLIE GOULDING announced today details of her 2014 North American headline tour.  Goulding returns stateside this spring following her sold-out 2013 Halcyon Days tour and a coveted opening slot on the Bruno Mars' Moonshine Jungle Tour.  Commencing March 12 at New York's Theatre at Madison Square Garden, Goulding visits major North American cities before wrapping May 2 at Red Rocks Amphitheater. British electronic music quartet Rudimental joins the tour as special guests beginning April 19 in San Francisco. Pre-sale is underway on Wednesday, November 20 on Ellie's official website at https://elliegoulding.com/live-dates/ and tickets for the general public go on sale starting November 22.

Goulding recently released Halcyon Days, a special edition that includes ten new tracks in addition to the deluxe album Halcyon. Halcyon Days features the current single, "Burn" as well as the platinum selling single "Anything Could Happen" and the Top 10 song, "I Need Your Love," the Calvin Harris collaboration.

Entertainment Weekly called Goulding "exactly the kind of art-pop outsider we like to import from the U.K." and the The New York Times described Halcyon as "a deeply felt swirl of synthesizers, piano and slowly building crescendos." "The hooks always go to town, and her voice mates gorgeously with electronics," raved Rolling Stone.

Fans can get a behind the scenes look at Ellie's 2013 North American tour in a new video released today, here.
