Tina Crawford promoted to Coordinator - A&R / Promotion

NASHVILLE, TN. - Tina Crawford, formerly Promotion Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, has been appointed to Coordinator-A&R/Promotion, it was announced today by Broken Bow Record's General Manager, Brad Howell.
'Tina Crawford has a passion for music and those who create and perform it. I knew instantly upon meeting her that she would be a huge asset to me in the Broken Bow A&R Department,' says Larry Shell, VP of A &R / Publishing. 'We are all about the song, the artist, the music at Broken Bow and so we will continue in that tradition with the promotion of Tina to A&R assistant.'
'I'm looking forward to continuing as Promotion Coordinator, as well as branching out into the A&R department under the tutelage of someone of the stature of Larry Shell,' shares Crawford. 'It will be an exciting new challenge.'

Crawford joined BBR in June of 2003 after working in radio for three years as the programming assistant to Doug Montgomery at WBCT in Grand Rapids , Michigan . Prior to that, Tina spent nine years working for a firm that specialized in capital asset surveys, audits and mystery inspections for many Fortune 500 clients.

Crawford is a graduate of Western Michigan University . She is an active member of the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music .

Tonya Johnson joins the Broken Bow Records staff as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Johnson is a graduate of Belmont University with a Bachelor of Business Administration where she Majored in Music Business with an Emphasis is Management. She completed an internship with BBR during her fall 2003 semester.
