LOS ANGELES (Capitol Records) - Yellowcard, who recently won the "MTV2 Award" on the 2004 MTV Video Music Awards, have been confirmed to perform current hit single "Only One" on NBC-TV's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on October 12th.
