Buffalo, New York (Top40 Charts/ Den Of Lions Music) Keith Shuskie, lead singer of Den of Lions, Indy band from Buffalo, NY is one of 85 people chosen from thousands to do a blind audition for this season's premier of NBC's hit show, The Voice.

Local singer Keith Shuskie from the Indy band Den of Lions beat out hundreds of thousands of singers for a chance at a blind audition on NBC's talent show, The Voice, which premieres Monday, February 24, 2014. A long-time performer, Shuskie was nominated as Buffalo's choice for American Idol at 16 years old and was later dubbed the 'Buffalo Idol'.

Today, Shuskie is pianist and songwriter with the band Den of Lions. A natural-born performer, Shuskie has an authentic, raw voice that exudes maturity beyond his 28 years. In addition to Shuskie, Den of Lions features guitar and key board player Craig McDorman, bassist Nate Campese, and legendary drummer Carl Messina, former member of the Sony/Epic-signed band 'Future Leaders of the World'. Influences for the band include Queen, The Beatles, The Killers, New Order, and The Cure. Their haunting sound, reminiscent of The Killers and The Fray, has attracted a following in the Western New York area where they perform somewhat regularly. Den of Lions strong network of hometown support, combined with their unique sound and their undeniable musicianship have helped to create a powerful dynamic for this Indy band.
