LONDON, UK (MOBO Awards Official Website) - The year's Mercury Music Prize winner, Ms. Dynamite, swept the MOBO Awards 2002 with three wins Tuesday (Oct. 1) night at the London Arena.

The 21-year-old artist took home the awards for London Tonight U.K. Act of the Year, Best Single in Association with Galaxy Network, and Best Newcomer in Association with Kiss 100. Ashanti was honored with two awards for Best R&B Act in Association with Choice FM and Best Hip-Hop Act was Ja Rule featuring Ashanti.
