MIAMI, Fla. (The Latin Recording Academy) -– Julieta Venegas Limón y Sol and Juan Fernando Fonsecas Te Mando Flores have more than just 2006 Latin Grammy awards in common – they were both mastered by Jose Blanco of Master House Studios in Miami, Florida (Limón y Sol was produced by Cachorro Lopez and mixed by Cesar Sogbe)

The winners - Limón y Sol for Best Alternative Music Album and Te Mando Flores for Best Tropical Song – were among a total of 10 Latin Grammy nominations for projects mixed, mastered or both at Master House Studios. Earlier this year, the studio was honored with two 2006 (U.S.) Grammy nominations for works mastered at the facility.

Blanco, owner, manager and head mastering engineer of Master House, is extremely pleased with the continued attention his facility and engineers are receiving from the music industry.

“Being nominated for industry awards is always a huge honor,” said Blanco. “And having projects you put everything into win, well – theres great satisfaction in that. So yes, we are extremely proud to be displaying 2006 Latin Grammy awards in our studios.”
