Brendan Kelley Quicksand CD Celebration And Music Video Debut For "Pass Me By" April 18, 2013
Boston, MA (Top40 Charts/ Powderfinger Promotions) Boston-based 21-year-old singer-songwriter-guitarist Brendan Kelley has released his second album, Quicksand, in January 2013. Brendan moved from his home in Sutton, Massachusetts at the age of 18 to pursue a music career in Austin, Texas. While there, Brendan wrote and recorded his first album, Music from the Motion Picture, with producers David Messier and Andre Cantave (North Mississippi Allstars). After successful live shows in Boston, Austin and Los Angeles, and with a growing buzz about his debut record, Brendan decided to head to Nashville to record Quicksand, co-produced by Drew Ramsey and Shannon Sanders (Jonny Lang, India Arie). Kelley's songwriting and performance abilities, which are way beyond his years, combine elements of rock and roll, blues, pop, and RnB styles.

Thursday night, April 18th, at 8 PM (6 PM Doors) join Brendan -backed by The Delta Generators- AND many special guest performers (Including Boston guitarist Scott Tarulli, singer Keri Anderson, and Kiley Evans) as they celebrate the release of Brendan's album Quicksand. Brendan (and band) will be performing selections from the album, as well as from his previous release, Music from the Motion Picture. The new album Quicksand has already gathered several positive reviews and radio airplay across the USA and worldwide on XM/Sirius Radio. You will also find Brendan on the cover of the March issue of Performer Magazine.

Also debuting at this event will be Brendan's new music video for his acoustic ballad "Pass Me By" (produced by Major Grubert Films) from the album Quicksand,. Filmed on-site in Brooklyn NY, co-directed by Lucas Howe and Eric Miro, this video reads like a short film rich with cinematography and imagery.
