The Allman Brothers Band's cornerstone LP, At Fillmore East, compiled from the four sets recorded on the weekend of March 12th -13th, 1971, has been expanded, stretching over six CDs with fifteen unreleased tracks. Additionally, The 1971 Fillmore East Recordings contains the complete June 27 performance during the iconic venue's final weekend, after the band was handpicked by impresario Bill Graham to headline closing night. The 1971 Fillmore East Recordings captures the most inspired improvisational rock unit ever at the peak of their prodigious powers, blazing their way through extended instrumental elaborations, so taut and virtuosic, that the crowds that packed the Fillmore East on those memorable nights were utterly transfixed. When it came to live performance, no other band could touch the Allmans.

Up until 1968, each Beatles album was given a unique mono and stereo mix, but the group always regarded the mono as primary. The Beatles' nine U.K. albums, plus the American-compiled Magical Mystery Tour and the Mono Masters collection of non-album tracks have been released in mono on 180-gram vinyl LPs with faithfully replicated artwork. Newly mastered from the analogue master tapes, each album is available both individually and within a lavish, limited 14-LP boxed edition, The Beatles in Mono, which also includes a 108-page hardbound book.

The U.S. Albums, a 13CD Beatles collection spanning 1964's Meet The Beatles! to 1970's Hey Jude. The Beatles' U.S. albums differ from the band's U.K. albums in a variety of ways, including different track lists, song mixes, album titles, and art. The albums are presented in mono and stereo, with the exception of The Beatles' Story and Hey Jude, which are in stereo only. Collected in a boxed set with faithfully replicated original LP artwork, including the albums' inner sleeves, the 13 CDs are accompanied by a 64-page booklet with Beatles photos and promotional art from the time, as well as a new essay by American author and television executive Bill Flanagan. For a limited time, all of the albums (with the exception of The Beatles' Story, an audio documentary album) are also available for individual CD purchase.

Cream's six studio and live LPs have been brought together in a boxed set for the first time. Each LP will have exact reproductions of original artwork to retain authenticity, and will be pressed in 180-gram heavyweight audiophile vinyl and contained in a firm slipcase box. The British rock trio's 1966-1972 vinyl box set will include Fresh Cream, Disraeli Gears, Wheels of Fire, Goodbye, Live Cream and Live Cream Volume II.

George Harrison's first six solo albums, released between 1968 and 1975 on The Beatles' Apple Records label, have been digitally remastered from the original analogue masters for CD and digital release. Wonderwall Music, Electronic Sound, All Things Must Pass, Living In The Material World, Dark Horse, and Extra Texture (Read All About It) are available individually and together within the deluxe, eight-disc boxed edition, The Apple Years 1968-75. Designed to complement Harrison's 2004 collection, The Dark Horse Years 1976-92, the new box set features an exclusive DVD with several video pieces, including a new seven-minute film with previously unreleased footage. The Apple Years box also includes an exclusive perfect-bound book with an introduction by Dhani Harrison, new essays by award-winning radio producer and author Kevin Howlett, and rare and previously unpublished images.

Although Elton John was already known in 1973 due to the growing success of his previous albums including Don't Shoot Me I'm Only The Piano Player, Elton John and Honky Chateau, it was the release of his 1973 double album, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, that made him a household name. The landmark album has been remastered for release on CD, vinyl, limited-edition yellow vinyl, and in a box set featuring recordings of "Live at Hammersmith 1973" on CD, a DVD of Bryan Forbes' 1973 film Elton John and Bernie Taupin Say Goodbye to Norma Jean and Other Things, along with a 100-page illustrated hardback book packed with rare photos, memorabilia and a new essay containing interviews with Elton John and Bernie Taupin. Also included in the deluxe edition and box set versions is a suite of nine new cover versions of classic songs from the album performed by Ed Sheeran, Emeli Sandé, Fall Out Boy, Hunter Hayes, Imelda May, John Grant, Miguel featuring Wale, The Band Perry, and Zac Brown Band. A previously unseen archive video for Elton John's classic love song, "Harmony," was also released to celebrate the reissue.

Hot on the heels of the release of Monty Python Sings (again), the Pythons unveil the U.S. release of a career-spanning box set entitled Monty Python's Total Rubbish: The Complete Collection. Total Rubbish: The Complete Collection contains remastered versions of all nine UK-released Monty Python albums, a case bound book with foreword by Michael Palin, original Monty Python artwork and archive photos, all housed in an original, Terry Gilliam-designed slipcase.

Monty Python's Flying Circus, Another Monty Python Record, Monty Python's Previous Record, Matching Tie and Handkerchief, Live at Drury Lane, Holy Grail, Life of Brian, Monty Python's Contractual Obligation Album and The Meaning Of Life will be united for the first time to create the ultimate collectors' edition purchase. Released as both a CD and vinyl box set, the CD edition contains all nine remastered CDs with bonus tracks, plus seven-inch vinyl single of their 1974 flexi-disc Monty Python's Tiny Black Round Thing. These classic albums were cut with an all-analog signal path from the original 1/4" master tapes where available. Both editions also contain a case bound book with new liner notes with a foreword by Michael Palin, original Monty Python artwork, archive photos and an original Terry Gilliam-designed full color slipcase.

Eleven singles R.E.M. released between 1983 and 1988 with I.R.S. Records have been gathered for 7IN - 83-88, a new boxed collection of vinyl seven-inch singles to be released December 9 by Capitol/I.R.S. The singles feature replicated original picture sleeve art and the set includes two U.K. releases making their U.S. vinyl seven-inch debuts: "Finest Worksong" / "Time After Time" (live) and the double-pack single for "Wendell Gee" with "Crazy," "Ages of You," and "Burning Down."

To mark the band's 40-year recording career, UMe celebrates with the vinyl reissue of the original Moon Records (pre-Mercury) release of Rush, as part of Universal's reDISCovered vinyl series. Housed in a sturdy, custom box with a lift-off top, this landmark album is pressed on 200g, audiophile grade vinyl, from the original 1974 analog stereo masters, cut to copper plates using the Direct Metal Mastering (DMM) process at the legendary Abbey Road Studios. Rush also features the original Moon Records jacket art, complete with the original MN-100-A/B Matrix etching, and will include a 16"x22" reproduction of the first Rush promo poster, three 5"x7" lithographs of Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson and John Rutsey, a 12"x12" Rush Family Tree poster, and a digital download card for a free digital copy of this newly remastered release.

For several weeks during the spring of 1962, London's music scene buzzed with the rumor that Frank Sinatra was to record a new album there. Indeed, in June that year, the iconic star traveled to the U.K. to record Sinatra Sings Great Songs From Great Britain. Recorded over three consecutive nights at London's CTS Studios, Great Songs From Great Britain would be the only album Sinatra would ever record outside of the United States. On November 25, Universal Music Enterprises & Frank Sinatra Enterprises will release Sinatra: LONDON, a deluxe 3-CD/DVD and digital audio collection presenting the remastered original studio album with a treasure trove of other London highlights from Sinatra's career. The expansive set's more than 50 previously unreleased recordings include session material from the album, a 1962 BBC "Light Programme" radio special with introductions to each song by Sinatra himself, a 1953 live session for BBC Radio's "The Show Band Show," and a Royal Albert Hall concert from 1984. The collection's DVD features a previously unreleased filmed 1962 concert from Royal Festival Hall, plus a 1970 concert appearance from the same venue with a never before released performance of the classic song "A Foggy Day."

The sleek book-style set includes a 60-page booklet with a new essay by producer, filmmaker, songwriter, music publisher and author, Ken Barnes, who attended the Great Songs From Great Britain sessions, the album's original liner notes, newly-written track notes, details about Sinatra's many visits to the U.K., and several photos of Sinatra in London: onstage, in the studio, and about town. The new collection also includes two exclusive art print reproductions of original London concert posters, and a unique studio panorama from the 1962 recording sessions for Great Songs From Great Britain.

When it was first released on June 1, 1998, the Smashing Pumpkins' Adore, the follow-up to their mega-successful 1995 double album Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, fans were puzzled by its lack of rock guitars, its folk and electronic elements and relative intimacy. Even the album title, as Billy Corgan mentions in the booklet that accompanies the new 107-track, six-CD/DVD reissue of the epic disc was misunderstood. More than 15 years later, Adore is part of the continuing series of reissues of the iconic alternative band's acclaimed catalog via Virgin/UMe--stands the test of time, or as Rolling Stone contributing editor David Wild calls it in the liner notes, "the surprisingly beautiful sound of a great band falling apart." Adore is available in four different formats; among the previously unreleased tracks is the never-before-available "Blissed and Gone." Fans may recognize the melody as it can be briefly heard as the final track on the original Adore release.

The Adore Super Deluxe six-CD/DVD package includes 107 tracks, featuring a mono version of the album; "In a State of Passage," with demos from Corgan's home Sadlands studio; "Chalices, Palaces, and Deep Pools," devoted to outtakes, among them an instrumental version of "For Martha," produced by Flood and Corgan, and "Malice, Callous, and Fools," featuring an outtake from the Rick Rubin/Corgan collaboration, "Let Me Give the World to You." A sixth disc, "Kissed Alive Too," spotlights live tracks recorded in Nashville's Ryman Auditorium and L.A.'s Dodger Stadium, among others, while the DVD captures the Smashing Pumpkins in an August 4, 1998 performance at Fox Theater in Atlanta, Georgia. A full booklet with liner notes is also part of the release. Adore is also available as a single CD, a double-vinyl version and a deluxe, 90-track digital package.

On March 8, 1994, Seattle rock band Soundgarden released their critically acclaimed fourth album, Superunknown, on A&M Records. An immediate No. 1 in the U.S., it earned the band two GRAMMY® Awards, sold millions of records worldwide, and introduced Soundgarden to a mass TV audience via the influential video for its most iconic track, "Black Hole Sun." It helped redefine alternative rock and influenced the course of music history.

This year, the band celebrates the 20th anniversary of this groundbreaking album with a special reissue in two deluxe version. The Deluxe Edition is a 2-CD package featuring the remastered album along with disc two consisting of demos, rehearsals, B-sides and more. The Super Deluxe Edition is a 5-CD package featuring the remastered album, additional demos, rehearsals and B-sides and the fifth disc is the album remastered in Blu-ray ™ Audio 5.1 Mix. Superunknown (Super Deluxe) is incredibly packaged in a hardbound book with a lenticular cover, liner notes by David Fricke and newly reimagined album artwork. A 2-LP gatefold of the original 16 tracks remastered on 200-gram vinyl in a gatefold jacket will also be made available.

Tears for Fears' biggest-selling album, Songs from the Big Chair, the album, which spawned classic songs like "Everybody Wants To Rule the World," "Mother's Talk," "Shout" and "Head over Heels," will be available in five formats, including a six-disc deluxe edition box set featuring previously unreleased material and in a first for a pop album, a 5.1 surround sound mix by Steven Wilson. Tears for Fears' phenomenal 10-million-selling second album marked a transition in the band's sound and catapulted them into international prominence. The six-disc, deluxe edition box set features a multitude of remixes and B-sides, plus a disc of nine previously unreleased tracks and a 5.1 surround sound version of the album mixed by renowned musician and audio engineer Steven Wilson.

In January 1994, Rick Smith, Darren Emerson & Karl Hyde of Underworld released their debut album - dubnobasewithmyheadman - on UK independent label Junior Boy's Own. Up to that point, the three-piece were seen as something of a square peg. They crafted songs from transcendent dance music. They were clearly a band - complete with frontman/guitarist - yet they made records where the constituent parts and players were often indefinable. Musically, they took elements from the European techno underground & Balearic clubs and fused them with spliced up beat poetry and strung out ambient sounds. Really, they just weren't like anyone else.

To celebrate dubnobasswithmyheadman's 20th anniversary, the album has been meticulously remastered at Abbey Road by the band's Rick Smith for this deluxe, expanded reissue. Revisiting the original MIDI files, Rick uncovered a wealth of previously unreleased material and rare alternate mixes that sit alongside the record's original companion singles and remixes and offer a fascinating insight into the creation of the record. Other formats include the remastered album on CD, a 2CD Deluxe Edition, and a 180-gram vinyl 2LP. To coincide with the reissue of dubnobasswithmyheadman, Underworld played the album in full at a show at London's Royal Festival Hall on October 11.

The Velvet Underground - 45th Anniversary Super Deluxe Edition, is a 65-track, six-CD package is housed in a case-bound book and features several different mixes including the remastered stereo mix by MGM house engineer Luis Pastor "Val" Valentin, a set of 1969 recordings, many of which were previously unreleased, from the Record Plant in New York City that were supposed to be the band's fourth album, several of which ended up on Loaded and Reed's first two solo releases, and unreleased live recordings from The Matrix in 1969.

The remastered Valentin stereo mix of The Velvet Underground will also be made available as both a single-disc CD, and as part of the two-CD Deluxe Edition version with a 12-track audio bonus disc featuring the best of Live At The Matrix, taped on November 26 & 27, 1969. Digital versions of both the single disc "Valentin mix" and the six-CD, Super Deluxe Edition will also be available through other digital partners including MFiT and HD Audio formats.

Blue Note Records' 75th anniversary celebrations remain in full swing this fall. In addition to upcoming releases from Jason Moran, Otis Brown III, Ryan Adams, and Kandace Springs, as well as the continuation of the label's successful vinyl reissue series, Blue Note/UMe will release a new label-spanning, boxed 5-CD and digital singles collection and Chronicle Books/Thames & Hudson will publish new a new hardcover book, both titled Blue Note: Uncompromising Expression. The book and 75-track singles collection are both available now.

The 5-CD and digital Blue Note Records: Uncompromising Expression singles box opens with the label's very first artist, pianist Meade Lux Lewis, and closes seventy five years later with the beautifully progressive sounds of Derrick Hodge. The new collection is presented in a beautiful slipcase with a 48-page booklet including a complete discography of its 75 featured singles.

In 2012/2013, The Who embarked on the Quadrophenia and More Tour, performing their landmark rock opera in its entirety, marking the 40th anniversary of the original 1973 release of this double-album masterpiece. The critically acclaimed and highly successful tour closed at London's Wembley Arena, with the cameras rolling, to record the closing night of this historic anniversary tour. Filmed on July 8, 2013, QUADROPHENIA: LIVE IN LONDON features The Who in peak form, performing Quadrophenia from front to back, in its entirety, along with a special set of some of their all-time greatest hits.
