Country Artist Stacy Burk Releases New Single "Mix A Little"
Los Angeles, CA (Top40 Charts/ LaFamos Press) Off the heels of his hit single, "Til Your Boots Are Dirty", Stacy Burk has released a new single, "Mix A Little" that certainly will have you singing along in no time. This single is the quintessential country song, and will have you pressing replay. The hot country ballad is now available on iTunes.

"Mix A Little" is everything you want from a lighthearted country love song. The beat compliments the lyrics as you float into a summer night. Stacy's low gentle voice transports you as he sings, "Pour a little shot of that get to know ya" and before you know it you'll be swaying to the beat. Countering the boisterous hit "Til Your Boots Are Dirty", Stacy shows off his tender heart on this charming country ballad, with deep vocals that seduce with their emotional depth. This mid-tempo track displays a great blend of modern and traditional country elements, as he shows off his innate ability to hit the right twangy notes effortlessly. Putting aside his enchanting exterior, the song proves why country fans are falling in love with his allusive and mesmerizing vocal capabilities. The seductive brand that is Stacy Burk has admirers amassing with his good looks and undeniable musicality.

Fans have been flocking to the charismatic country star since the release of his music video "Til Your Boots are Dirty", which featured the seductive Dancing with the Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy and famed actress Lisa Jay. The video helped to catapult Burk's career as it graced the pages of TMZ, Perez Hilton and more. The video is available on YouTube with over 218,000 views and counting.

Stacy has been pursuing music since a young age. In high school, he formed a band that performed for crowds of over 24,000 and individually he trail blazed through Texas, winning numerous awards. In 1992, Branson, Missouri named him "Male Newcomer of the Year." He later took off to Nashville, the home of country music, to hone his skills. Stacy's hard work paid off as he landed a record deal with Warner Brothers Music. During the same stint, Stacy's mother fell ill to cancer and Stacy decided to put his record deal and music aspirations aside. He wanted to be by her side and his life took a different path, away from music. He eventually found himself realizing his passion for horses and starting his own chapter of the Boys and Girls Ranch. At the ranch, Stacy spent his time inspiring young boys and girls to follow their dreams, and it was then that he realized he wasn't practicing what he was preaching. "The kids changed my life. I told them to live their dreams, but I wasn't living mine." So he picked up his guitar and began to follow his dream. Stacy looks to musical influences such as George Strait, Don Williams, and Jim Reeves - and you can hear it in his voice. As an artist, he is strategic about his song choices - Stacy needs to believe in the music he is making. "I have a set of principles I live by. I've spent the last several years working with kids, and just want my music to be something that is positive for them," he said of his song selections.

"Mix A Little" is yet another reminder that Stacy Burk was made for country music. Be sure to check out the single on iTunes and keep up with all things Stacy Burk on his official website: www.StacyBurkMusic.com
