Brad Paisley were on stage at The Kennedy Center performing Workin' Man Blues in his honor. Haggard was one of five individuals selected by The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts to receive the 2010 Kennedy Center Honors. He celebrated with fellow recipients Paul McCartney; Oprah Winfrey; composer and lyricist Jerry Herman; and dancer/choreographer Bill T. Jones during a star-studded gala and concert that will be broadcast December 28 on CBS.
Each year Kennedy Center Honors recognizes the talent and accomplishments of our nations' most-prestigious artists.
