SAN ANTONIO, TX. (Top40 Charts/ George Strait Fans Website) - George Strait's family is in mourning today as WOAI-TV in San Antonio reports that George's older brother, Buddy Strait, was found dead in a San Antonio hotel room this past Friday.
His body was discovered by a La Quinta Inn cleaning crew. According to deputies Strait was in town on business.
It is believed that he died of natural causes, but an autopsy will be performed.
The Strait family is asking for privacy during this tough time. John "Buddy" Strait Jr. was 58.
