ENTERPRISE, AL (Tracy Lawrence Official Website) - Ronnie Gilley Properties, a premier full-service real estate organization formed to cultivate Enterprise, AL, the 'Wiregrass' region and the Florida Pan Handle as a vibrant and attractive real estate sector, is pleased to announce Country music star, Tracy Lawrence, as a partner in one of its most unique development projects.

Tracy Lawrence has entered into a venture with RGP to develop Mayberry Place-a quaint and charming community characterized by its blend of Old South charm and New South vitality with a 'Mayberry Feel.'

Mayberry Place is located in New Brockton, Alabama just minutes north of Enterprise (the home of Ronnie Gilley Properties corporate offices) on State Highway 84. The residential development and community will be situated over 120 sprawling acres [just inside the city limits of New Brockton] offering new homeowners generous, private lots. Ground has just been broken at Mayberry Place [Phase 1] with 48 residential homes to be constructed.

Tracy Lawrence, whose music career spans over 15 years, has proven himself as a formidable stylist in the country music format. He has celebrated successes with gold and platinum sales and 16 No. 1 singles including "Alibis," "If The World Had A Front Porch," "Time Marches On," "Sticks And Stones" and "Paint Me A Birmingham."

Lawrence personally introduces the project, 'The name Mayberry Place paints a picture of the community just as it is intended. It's in a quiet, country location where neighbors know their neighbors and sittin' on the front porch is the most popular way to pass the time.' Lawrence, who describes Mayberry Place as 'the pearl of the South,' adds, 'If the world had a front porch, it would be in Mayberry Place, New Brockton, AL!'

'As a person and as a renowned country music artist, Tracy has always portrayed himself 'real'. He's has small-town values and has never veered from tradition.' Gilley says. 'His stand-up character alone will raise the visibility and popularity of Mayberry as the place to be!'

Ronnie Gilley Properties establishes and builds communities with an all-American, old-fashioned feel lending itself to a family oriented, friendly neighborhood. Since 1988 Ronnie Gilley has been a leader in structuring new and innovative avenues for development in the Southeast. The relationship with Tracy Lawrence is one of many successful partnerships established with renowned hit makers who have come on board to support Gilley's initiative to develop communities of a simpler time. Ronnie Gilley Properties also has unique partnerships with country music artists Kix Brooks, Alan Jackson and Darryl Worley. George Jones is the official spokesperson for Ronnie Gilley Properties and is expected to build a personal residence in Enterprise, Alabama in the coming months.

In addition to Mayberry Place, Ronnie Gilley Properties has a broad spectrum of projects underway (encompassing town centers, community retail plazas, office space, condominium and townhouse buildings, starter homes and custom-built luxury homes) establishing old-fashioned neighborhoods for the 21st Century.
