Boston Female Vocal Group, Jada, Releases New Five-Song EP "Supersonique" To iTunes And Amazon On January 24, 2012
Boston, MA (Top40 Charts/ Bristol Entertainment) Jada, Boston's popular female vocal group, released their latest EP "Supersonique" to iTunes and Amazon.com on January 24th, 2012. Jada's new five-song EP follows on the heels of their RIO-produced single and Vassili Shields-directed music video "This Party's On Fire" and two Universal Motown releases, "American Cowboy", produced by Akon and RedOne (Lady Gaga), and "Break Up Song", produced by Wayne Wilkins & Andrew Frampton (Britney Spears/Natasha Bedingfield).

The EP, written and produced by RIO of Boston's Bristol Entertainment, and Jada, contains some of Jada's favorite songs across multiple music genres, including the hypnotizing dance/pop track, "Supersonique", "This Party's On Fire" with its electric house beats, the dark haunting up-tempo, "Mercy Killing", the poignant mid tempo homage to Ne-Yo, "Can't Let Go", and "Goodbye" the emotional/from the heart ballad, showcasing Jada's vocal virtuosity.

"We are so excited to release our new EP, Supersonique! It's a compilation of some of our favorite recorded tracks over the past year that we wrote with producer, RIO, from Bristol Entertainment in Boston. We really appreciate our fans that have been patiently waiting for this release! We hope you love it as much as we do!" says Lauren of Jada.

The EP's featured single "Supersonique", with its entrancing dance floor electro pop beat and four-part soulful vocals, written and produced by Jada and RIO, has already been gaining attention nationwide and has been steadily climbing the charts on Fusion Dance Radio based in Chicago, where it currently resides at #11 in the top 100.

"In an era of auto-tune and heavily-processed vocals, the ladies of Jada continue to cut through the clutter with pure talent. On Supersonique, Jada not only shows off their vocals but their versatility - from radio-friendly party jams like the EP's title track, to strong, moving ballads such as 'Goodbye," says Ralphie Aversa, Syndicated Radio Host, Cumulus Media, WPRO, WBHT, WQGN.

The beginning of the new year has already been busy for the ladies of Jada. Along with releasing their Christmas single "Merry Christmas Baby" to iTunes, they performed at Boston's annual Faneuil Hall Christmas Tree Lighting, at Boston's Downtown Crossing holiday event on the Macy's stage, and for WAAF's annual Toys for Tots event. Jada recently sang the National Anthem at the Boston Celtics vs. Dallas Mavericks game at the TD Bank North Garden in Boston on January 11th, 2012. The group will be appearing at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire in March and is currently planning a USO tour worldwide.
