Asia's Hottest Female DJ Nicole Chen, Breaks Into The International Scene

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ EDM Nation News LLC) ased celebrity model DJ Nicole Chen recently broke into the international electronic dance music scene with the debut of her Top 40 official remix of Nicki Minaj's "Pound the Alarm" published under Cash Money Records Inc. In the first 24 hours after release, the track charted a whopping 124,000 plays and continues to receive massive global support. Her impressive performance caught the attention of a New York based music label, We Make Noise Records, Inc. who quickly signed Asia's hottest female model DJ.

Born in Singapore, Nicole effortlessly made her way into show business. By the age of four she was already appearing in commercials and advertisements for Pizza Hut, Milkmaid, and SingTel. In 2007 she vaulted into the international scene by taking the crown as Miss Earth Singapore. While training in Melbourne, she cultivated her passion and love for music and skillfully translated it to the decks. She started as a resident DJ at A971, a popular Japanese fusion themed nightspot, and has since spread her reach to the international shores of Japan, Hong Kong and Phuket. In September 2011 she performed at the Formula 1 (F1) Heritage Row party in Kula Lumpur, Malaysia.

Seemingly overnight, Nicole has exploded into the electronic music scene and has gained over 100,000 fans on Twitter and Facebook combined. What started as a hobby and an occasional gig at an exclusive VIP party has now evolved into a promising music career for her.

While Nicole has proven herself to the industry as a highly passionate DJ, her true calling is in music production. Following the immense success of her debut remix, Nicole Chen will be releasing her first full-length EP titled "Obsession" on 14.09.2012 exclusively on Beatport.
