LOS ANGELES (KVEA-TV) - As part of the 20th anniversary celebration of KVEA-TV, Channel 52, dozens of renowned Telemundo television personalities will participate in a 2-day Latin star extravaganza at Universal Studios Hollywood for Fiesta de Estrellas Telemundo, November 12th to 13th. Hundreds of fans will have the opportunity to meet, interact, and have their photos taken with their favorite television stars, get their autographs, participate in fun interactive games, witness the live broadcast of television shows, and obtain important information on issues related to the Hispanic community.
Some of the activities to take place at Universal Studios Hollywood on Saturday and Sunday include:
Opening Ceremony at 10:00a.m. on Saturday, and 11:00a.m. on Sunday: fun and exciting red carpet arrival of the stars surrounded by hundreds of screaming fans.
Autograph signing – Fans will line up to have the opportunity to meet up-and-close and get the autographs of their favorite stars at several signing stations dispersed throughout the park including "La Tormenta," "Corazon Partido," "Cada Dia con Maria Antonieta," "Cotorreando," and "Deportes Telemundo," among others.
Audience Participation Shows – Fans will participate in exciting interactive games where they will get to know and play with their favorites stars in fun, unexpected ways such as "So You Want to be a Novela Star," "Become an Anchor, Weather or Sports Caster" and "Bellezas Dating Game & Galanes Dating Game," as well as interactive sessions with stars from some of their favorite shows, such as: "La Tormenta," "Corazon Partido" and "Cada Dia con Maria Antonieta Collins."
El Poder de Saber (The More you Know) – Informational sessions lead by Telemundo's stars Maria Antonieta Collins, Ana Maria Polo and Pedro Sevcec regarding important issues relevant to the Hispanic community such as education, immigration and domestic violence, among others.
Live broadcasts – Telemundo's top sports and news personalities will broadcast live from the park during the weekend where loyal fans will be able to participate and witness the television production of shows like "Al Rojo Vivo," "Cotorreando," "Noticiero Telemundo," "Sabado de Futbol" and "Futbol Telemundo."
Finally, the celebration will culminate with musical acts by novela actress Gabriela Spanic, "Frecuencia" host Gloria Aura and regional Mexican artist Rogelio Martinez (Saturday), in addition to the renowned group Astros de Durango (Sunday).
More than 45 actors and television personalities are confirmed to participate, including: Alejandro Felipe ("el Frijolito"), Alfonso de Anda, Ana Maria Polo, Ana Patricia Candiani, Aura Cristina Geithner, Candela Ferro, Claudia Garcia, Edgar Lopez, Erick Elias, Esteban Arce, Gabriela Spanic, Gloria Aura, Ilia Calderon, Jessi Losada, Jose Angel Llamas, Karim Mendiburu, Karina Mora, Maria Antonieta Collins, Leti Coo, Luis Gerardo Mendez, Luisa Fernanda Lozano, Marcelo Buquet, Mauricio Ochmann, Mauricio Zeilic, Melvin Cabrera, Michel Brown, Monica Noguera, Natalia Streignard, Natalia Villaveces, Ninette Rios, Paola Rey, Paparrush, Pedro Sevcec, Rocio Sanchez-Azuara, Saul Lisazo, Susana Gallegos y Ximena Rubio. In addition, they will be joined by the well-known faces of Telemundo's local station, KVEA-TV, Channel 52: Lucia Navarro, Eduardo Quezada, Toni Romero, Mauricio Cardenas, Ruben Luengas, Azalea Iñiguez, Erica Pino, Antonio Mineros and Azucena Gomez.
