Hollywood, CA. (Top40 Charts/ Cash Money Records) - The new Macarena is Cash Money Records artist T. Lopez. She's the newest face of Cash Money Records, a house built on hip hop artists like Lil' Wayne, Birdman and now crossing over with new comers like Kevin Rudolph who debuted in 2008 with his hit single "Let it Rock."

T. Lopez, the first ever Latina artist at Cash Money Records, is the featured vocalist in the new remix of the Macarena, the biggest Latin selling single ever on the pop charts, now celebrating its Quinceanera.

The song's Spanish version has already debuted on stations like San Francisco's KVVZ La Kalle 105.7 FM and is being added to major radio stations nationwide and Puerto Rico in the following weeks.

Darius Jordi Lassus, president and CEO of IMC Records, Inc was in Los Angeles when he came across T Lopez, who was recording at Candor Entertainment Studios.

Born in Ontario to Mexican American parents, Lopez proudly embodies the new Macarena - a girl who knows what she wants - by focusing on her long and short term goals daily.

Domingo Zapata Chairman of IMC Records, Inc. and co-writer of the new Macarena Spanish version adds that finding the young singer was a rewarding experience. "We are very pleased, T Lopez is a great example to the many Latinas who share a fifteenth birthday with our song."

More than 400,000 Latinas were born the year that Los Del Rio made music history with their mega-hit "Macarena", and fifteen years later many of them will celebrate with a Quinceanera party, eat cake and probably dance to the Macarena, hence the title of the new album "Quinceanera Macarena" for which the single was recorded. The album is available in Wal-Mart stores nationwide and iTunes worldwide.

This Macarena remix featuring T Lopez, El Chino DreadLion (Yerba Buena) and Yeyo (The DEY) celebrates the going strong on 15 years of- the biggest Latin selling single ever on the pop charts, overall second only to Elton John's candle in the wind.

This marks another exciting development for Lopez who has already been in the studio with the likes of T-Pain, Birdman and Lil' Wayne and is currently putting the finishing touches on her anticipated debut album where she will sing in Spanish as well.

This week, T. Lopez performs with Los del Rio and the rest of the Macarena gang on Don Francisco Presenta, Univision's most famed and successful primetime and late night personality when they embark on a week long of promotion that will take them to New York, Miami and Puerto Rico.
