New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) Kate Voegele, the heartland singer-songwriter who has won over legions of fans with her "grrrl-power pop" and "whiskey-sipping country" (EW) premiered her fantasy-like video for "Heart in Chains," the first from her new album 'Gravity Happens' (ATO), on US Weekly Online today. Voegele recently performed the song as her character Mia Catalano on the hit CW series "One Tree Hill."
