New York, NY (Top40 Charts) In today's times, plenty is going on…With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, there are such times that require a smooth thought process, along with a hopeful disposition. People come and go and one thing that is forgotten is typically taking a moment to recap on what happened during a particular day. Often, one may reflect back on a certain occasion and have it tucked away in such a place where the memory becomes vivid. And what helps the memories, even more, is when a photograph just happens to remind of happier, or even more compelling, sad times…A simple photo has the ability to bring a smile to the face, or tears whether of joy or pain…This is a simple way to look at memories, but The Chrissie Romano Band have captured a very longing sound in the new single, "Photo," and there's a lot to listen to!

Hailing from Rochester, New York, The Chrissie Romano Band consists of Guitarist/Vocalist Chrissie Romano, Bassist/Vocalist Ken Romano, and Drummer/Vocalist John Pasquarella. At first listen, there is a mixture of feeling within the band. With a very modern but classic sound, artists like Dave Matthews Band, Carol Carpenter, Bonnie Raitt, and Faith Hill all have a remarkable richness that The Chrissie Romano Band seems to embark upon: Amazing stuff! The trio seems to have collected themselves into a web of thoughtfully crafted songs that produce an urge for questions as an important one might be just "How are they not yet a mainstream attraction?" And that is placing the question very lightly!

At first listen, "Photo," creates an instant amount of imagination. With a catchy title, it is obvious that people immediately think of the lasting effects of a photograph. But, the magnificent moment is that what is felt first is the warmth from this song. In everyday production nowadays, producers forget about the warmth of a song. A song produced in 1973 automatically had a warmth as it was produced and recorded during times where people spent time serenading fans with warmth, sizzle, air, and room to breathe. However, in modern production, it seems like the less the talent, the more famous the artist will become as the music industry is shifting critically. The Chrissie Romano Band, along with lead singer Chrissie Romano, perform with dignity on "Photo." Again, the message is a very heartfelt one while direct simple lyrics as these "And the memories came rushing right back to my head and my heart... It wasn't so long ago that I said goodbye to you…" travel into the ears…A moment to sigh…Death is just one thing, of many, that everyone living on the earth shall face. Some will face death sooner the others, while some live to see centuries change. And this song touches the heart and simply says to appreciate those that you love while one can for life is too short to not do so!

The Chrissie Romano Band are straight forward, unique, and doing music their way! With a promising sound, it's only a matter of time before more major entities catch a glimpse of the magic that they are stirring up! There are tons of opportunities to catch them playing live literately every week in the Upper New York State. With three playing and singing musicians, there's bound to be something for everyone! This band comes recommended highly and quite frankly, there aren't enough musicians around that don't mind giving music from the heart, but luckily The Chrissie Romano Band is here and HOPEFULLY to stay! Go listen to them!
