Envision Networks Debuts Collin Raye's Rewind Country
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Envision Networks is proud to announce the debut of Collin Raye's Rewind Country. These daily vignettes are hosted by one of the true superstars of the 1990's on country radio, Collin Raye. These vignettes highlight the untold stories behind the music and artists who owned the country music charts over the last 30 years. Five new episodes are produced and broadcast each week for affiliated stations.

"Rewind Country captures the history of some of the best country music artists of a generation, as we tell the great stories about the countless songs we'll forever treasure," says Raye, recently voted one of the top 100 country music artists of all time by Billboard Magazine. "These features are fast-moving, compelling and perfect for local businesses to sponsor. It's great radio, and I'm thrilled to present this opportunity to country stations across the country."

From Dolly Parton to Charlie Daniels, Joe Nichols to Montgomery Gentry, dozens of artists from yesterday and today have already interviewed for Collin Raye's Rewind Country™, sharing their amazing moments and stories. Did you know that Lorrie Morgan refused for weeks to listen to the demo of "Something in Red?" Listeners will learn how a close friend changed her mind. How did one song take the Oak Ridge Boys from a major American country music act, to worldwide superstars? Collin Raye's Rewind Country™ delivers great story after great story from the giants of country music.

"There is no better storyteller than Collin Raye and he understands that storytelling is a powerful way to connect to the country listener." says Danno Wolkoff, CEO/President at Envision Networks®.

"Collin Raye's Rewind Country™ brings to life for listeners again the music and artists they've loved over the last three decades, the biggest artists of our time!"

Collin Raye's searing ballads and electric performances have been captivating country audiences for 25 years. With 7 No. 1 hits, 24 top five singles, and ten CMA and ACM Male Vocalist of the Year nominations, Raye has clearly emerged as one of the great voices of our time. The De Queen, Arkansas native rose to fame in 1992 with the timeless number one hit, "Love, Me." In 1994, his music video for the #1 hit,"Little Rock," led to over 100,000 phone calls to help lines from those seeking help with their addictions. "Not That Different," was a song that pleaded for tolerance, and "I Think About You" (awarded as "Video of the Year" by the Academy of Country Music in 1997) exposed exploitation of women and children. His latest album projects include His Love Remains, his first inspirational hymns album, as well as Still On The Line, a tribute album to Glen Campbell greatest hits. In 2014, he released his moving autobiography, A Voice Undefeated. But it was a stunning run of hits, and five straight Platinum certified CD's in a row in the 90's that carves his place in Nashville history. He has topped the charts with songs such as "In This Life," "I Can Still Feel You," and "That's My Story," "One Boy, One Girl," and more than a dozen more! He is currently performing across the U.S. on The Big 25 Tour. For more information on Collin Raye and upcoming tour dates, visit collinraye.com.
