Zach Bellas - If Rock 'n' Roll Is Dead, I Don't Want To Be Alive
Washington, DC (Top40 Charts) Hey Hey My My - Zach Bellas is here to prove that rock 'n' roll can never die with new album 'Let Me Out', available everywhere September 26th.

Anyone making Rock 'n' Roll today must really have a passion for it.
Rock music hasn't topped the charts in years, DJ's and Electronic Dance Music seem to be the choice of this generation, and even Gene Simmons has declared Rock 'n' Roll dead. Sure there's the Foo Fighters, and Tom Petty, Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen are still putting out new albums, but where are the next generation Rock bands? And does anybody still care? Washington DC area Rock Musician Zach Bellas is betting that they do.

His latest effort, 'Let Me Out', is 33 minutes of pure Rock 'n' Roll bliss. Big drums, loud guitars, solid melodies all mesh together seamlessly as Bellas' sincerely sweet vocal styling speaks directly to the masses. Or, more accurately, anyone that will listen.

"Maybe, Rock music shouldn't be topping the charts. Maybe it shouldn't be that popular. Traditionally, most fans resented their favorite bands for 'selling out' when they got too popular. I feel like anyone making Rock n Roll today must truly have a passion for it." - Zach Bellas

'Let Me Out' is the fifth full-length album by Bellas and will be released on September 26th on his own Washington, DC based label. All seven tracks were recorded live in the studio in two days by long time collaborator, producer and engineer Frank Marchand (Nils Lofgren, Bob Mould, Pasadena) at Hudson Street Sound Studios in Annapolis, MD. After coming off a long nationwide tour, Bellas felt like the band had the songs exactly the way they wanted them and that they would sound best performed live in the studio.

"The last album I recorded ['Whatever You Want' (2012)] was really involved. We had strings and flutes and piano with backing vocals. This time, I wanted to see what would happen if you put four guys in a room and just let them play. I couldn't be happier with what came out." - Zach Bellas

The result is a very simple and honest Rock record for today's generation. A solid and straightforward album that begs to be played from start to finish, over and over again. Bellas knows he may never sell a million records or have a number one single, but then again, Bellas doesn't really care.

"As long as we can stay on the road and the people clap at our shows, I'm good." - Zach Bellas

'Let Me Out' will be available everywhere September 26th. Zach Bellas & The Company Band will kick off a short tour at 'The Birthplace of Rock 'n' Roll' - Jack's Twin Bar in Gloucester NJ. Visit https://www.zachbellasmusic.com for more information.
