New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Cosmic punks WACO are pleased to reveal the video for their latest single 'Coolangatta' today ahead of the release of their forthcoming new EP Deathless set for release through Gallows' label Venn Records on 2nd June 2017.
The band have also just revealed a short run of UK headline dates for September 2017 with London rock band Fighting Wolves (see below for details).

A summery slab of stomping punk rock shot through with a horn section and dripping in the kind of rose-tinted, working class Northern sentiments that have been picked out as a trademark of the WACO sound, 'Coolangatta' is a fist-in-the-air statement that comes just in time for the sunshine season.

Accompanied by a video packed full of clips from Woodstock and a long, hot summer of love, it's the perfect visual for the band's trippy, psychedelic take on working class punk rock that merges diverse influence from Grateful Dead and Creedence Clearwater Revival to Baroness and Van Halen.

Front man Jak Hutchcraft explains of the new track: "'Coolangatta' was made for sunny days. It's about love, drugs and bad decisions; the cornerstones of any long, hot summer in your twenties."
Deathless is released 2nd June 2017 via Venn Records
