Aree tells Rock Cellar Magazine, "Gasoline Heart deals with the life changing experience of having my daughter undergo open heart surgery at 4 months old. Her birth awakened in me a sensation of life that just begged for more. The grief and heartbreak of dealing with her health, coupled with her vibrant recovery has inspired me every day of my life. The song reflects these feelings of suffering through the worst and emerging boldly to bleed life dry for every bit of goodness it has to offer."

Gasoline Heart will appear on the band's upcoming debut full-length, which will be released via Wiretap Records.

Aree's debut EP "Heartstrings" was released in September 2015 and has garnered plenty of attention, leading to a recent opening slot for Descendents.
