Australia's Morning Harvey Release "Smith Street Swap Meet" Clip
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) The introductory lead-in single off of Australia's upcoming five track EP from Morning Harvey, "Smith Street Swap Meet" is an undeniable track oozing with shining choruses, sunshine psychedelia, melodic hooks, and spiralling psych-pop guitar lines. Lyrically driven, contemplative, and insightful - hailing inspiration from pop music of the 60's and 70's along with a wash of Australian classics you would find in your parents record collection

"The clip was just a distant idea when I first thought about it. I think the night before I was watching a bunch of Bjork (Triumph Of Heart) & Nick Cave (Babe, I'm On Fire) clips that made me really want to do a narrative-based video, which we'd never really done before. When I told Michaela and Nick (directors) the concept they both seemed to love it, so that was enough for me. The more exciting part for me is watching something come to light that was just a far-fetched idea late one night, mainly because I never thought it would.

I'd be lying if I made out it was meant to mean something or had a hidden message. I love when people make their own interpretation. But it's a loosely-based concept of a love story. This guy has some kind of a bond with this computer monitor and in someways wants to get rid of it and is fed up with whatever they have... But as soon as this certain thing is gone, he wants it back. What that might mean is up to the viewer."
- Spencer White, Morning Harvey
