Craig, now in his second decade of making music, is known as one of the defining voices in electronic music, though his work encompasses disco, breakbeat, ambient, experimental, jazz, garage, and more. He has worked with jazz legends Herbie Hancock and the Detroit based Tribe collective, been credited (through his composition 'Bug in the Bassbin') for kick starting Drum n Bass, and his club smash 'Throw' has long been an encore staple of LCD Soundsystem's live show. Most recently in December 2007, his remix for Junior Boys has earned him a Grammy nomination. Boundary pushing is his nature, though it's his distinct stamp (whatever genre he's working in) that has earned him an auteur's reputation in the eyes a whole generation influenced by his music.
