ATLANTA, GA. (www.deltamoon.com) - It's a full moon once again as Atlanta band Delta Moon brings Kristin Markiton on board. The incredible voice and energy she brings to the project blends perfectly with the duel slide guitar sound that is the essence of Delta Moon.

A native of Washington State, Kristin got her start in Atlanta in the theater community singing feature roles. She is currently wrapping up her debut record, (produced by Kristian Bush of Sugarland and Shawn Mullins/Bodeans drummer Kevin Leahy) which will be released independently in early 2005. Kristin's influences include Emmylou Harris, Etta James, Lucinda Williams, The Stones, Steve Earle, and Tina Turner.

The band will be going into the studio in January to begin work on their 4th album. They plan to tour extensively in 2005, playing even more than the 135 gigs they did in 2004. Check the website for tour and news updates, pictures, live MP3's and even video clips. www.deltamoon.com.
