NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ One Eleven Records) - Grammy performing artist Devin Lima (LFO) and his new band, The Cadbury Diesel, are set to release their debut album on August 7th! Mozart Popart will hit via former LFO band mate Brad Fischetti's One Eleven Records. "Brad had a really strong understanding of what I was going for with this record," Devin comments, "Why look elsewhere when one of your closest friends gets exactly what you are trying to do, believes in you and your vision and is able to help you realize it." The band's debut is a direct result of Devin's dream to pursue his passion for creating music that expresses his heart and soul. Combining the pop sensibilities we've come to expect from Devin, while integrating rock and urban influences, Devin Lima and The Cadbury Diesel have made a record that will have you listening to it again and again.

Devin achieved superstar status with LFO, but in 2002 when the group disbanded, he found himself needing time to discover life outside of the spotlight. In 2006, Devin decided he was ready to step back out into the open and recorded "If You Want Me to Stay" on the Sly & the Family Stone tribute album, Different Strokes by Different Folks. He followed up the release by singing in the all-star tribute to Sly & the Family Stone at the 2006 Grammys alongside musical greats Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, John Legend, WILL.I.AM of the Black Eyed Peas, Maroon 5 and Joss Stone.

Devin's time with LFO took him on a whirlwind through the better part of three years. The trio burst onto the US charts in June 1999 with the smash single "Summer Girls". The song went to No 1 on the US National Singles Chart, staying there for 6 weeks, and sold 1.5 million copies. Their self-titled debut LP (Arista) was released in the summer of 1999 and soon after reached Double Platinum status in the United States. The group's follow up record, Life is Good (J Records), boasted 2 top-10 singles before reaching Gold status. In all, as a member of LFO, Devin has sold over 5 million units in the United States alone.

New York City will get a sneak peek at Devin's phenomenal live show when he performs for the first time since the Grammys at Pianos for an invite only showcase on May 31st. Keep an eye on Devin's webpage (https://www.111records.com/newsite/devinlima.html) for updated tour dates and a West Coast
