Omega Dubai Ladies Masters, held at the Emirates Golf Club from December 2 to 8, 2012. Michelle Wie, named by Time magazine as "one of 100 people who shape our world," will be making her fourth appearance at the tournament.
Music fans can also have a date with Australian multi-instrumental musician and singer-songwriter, Gotye, who will perform popular songs from his platinum-certified albums on November 23rd at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Extreme sports enthusiasts would not want to miss the FAI World Parachuting Championships 2012 which will be hosted in Dubai for the first time, November 29 - December 9. More than 800 parachutists are expected to participate in competitions of formation skydiving, canopy formations, accurate landing, and free-fall flying, amongst others.
Rugby fans from around the world should be in Dubai this winter for the Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens which will take place this year from November 29 to December 1 at the Sevens Stadium.
