NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ By Kelly Caton/ Fuse TV) - Topping the charts with her number-one album 'Circus,' Fuse fans chose Britney Spears' hit single Womanizer as the best music video of 2008. The honor was unveiled on "The Top 40 of 2008: The Good, The Bad & The Britney," where the American pop-star's video went head-to-head with 32 artists in a tournament-style voting bracket on fuse.tv.

Over the course of five weeks, more than 14 million votes were cast for Best Music Video of 2008. Each day fans had the opportunity to vote for their favorite music video and every week, the winners and remaining artists were unveiled. Battling it out for the highest honor, Britney Spears' Womanizer competed against Paramore's That's What You Get in the final round.
Other videos in the final eight included Linkin Park's Given Up, Chris Brown's With You, M.I.A.'s Paper Planes, Secondhand Serenade's Fall For You, Disturbed's Inside The Fire and Slipknot's Psychosocial.

"The Top 40 of 2008: The Good, The Bad & The Britney" was co-hosted by Grammy-nominated singer / songwriter Katy Perry and Fuse hosts Steven Smith and Jared Cotter, and counted down the top 40 videos of 2008, from the Best New Artist and Album of the Year, to the Worst Album Title and Most Overplayed Song of the Year.
Katy Perry performed an acoustic version of Thinking Of You and her hit-single Hot n Cold.
