New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Gaby Moreno begins a six-city tour of Australia with two performances at The Fyrefly in St Kilda, Victoria, on Thursday and Friday nights. The tour continues with three sets at the Port Fairy Folk Festival, also in Victoria, and concerts in Adelaide, Sydney, Gold Coast, and Brisbane.

Moreno recorded a heartfelt interpretation of David Rudder's song "The Immigrants" with musician, songwriter, arranger, and producer Van Dyke Parks and released it on July 4 last year. Proceeds go to support CARECEN and its efforts to empower immigrants.
