Bolton will be joined on stage at 'Groovin In The Park' by R&B sensation Billy Ocean, reggae super group
Morgan Heritage and dancehall/gospel DJ Lt. Stitchie and CocoTea who will both perform in a segment billed 'Reggae/dancehall Finest.'
